- Review relevant records & history, laboratory results, and submitted clinical questions
- Review of relevant nutritional, metabolic, genetic, medication, and supplement information
- A 45-minute private consultation with the treating clinician
- One follow up discussion with provider within 30 days
CONSULTATIVE ROLE
These services are educational and consultative only. These services only apply to licensed healthcare professionals. Recommendations are provided to the consulting professional for independent clinical consideration. Circumstances requiring unusually extensive review may require an additional fee, discussed in advance. Dr. Greenblatt does not maintain a clinical practice, evaluate or treat patients directly, prescribe medications, or assume responsibility for ongoing care. The treating clinician retains responsibility for all clinical decisions.
